Your Role and Contributions
- Blockchain Protocol Development. Develop and maintain core blockchain components using C++ and Rust, with a special focus on integrating and optimizing XRP Ledger protocols.
- Performance & Security Optimization. Conduct in-depth performance analyses and implement robust security measures to ensure high throughput and reliability across distributed systems.
- Innovative Feature Engineering. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced features, leveraging XRP Ledger insights to drive innovation.
- System Integration & Collaboration. Work closely with product, QA, and operations teams to seamlessly integrate new functionalities and enhance existing systems.
- Continuous Improvement. Participate in code reviews, refine best practices, and contribute to architectural decisions that push the boundaries of blockchain technology.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in C++ and Rust
- Experience developing high-performance, secure distributed systems
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals and consensus mechanisms
- Proven ability to optimize code for efficiency and reliability
Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
- Hands-on experience with XRP Ledger technology and related blockchain protocols
- Familiarity with cryptographic techniques and secure coding practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
